2. Upon receipt of payment we start optimizing your website for the search engines. These search engines are: Google, Yahoo, MSN, Alltheweb, Altavista, Looksmart, Excite, Lycos, HotBot & Teoma.

3. We guarantee that we will get your website at least 8 top 10 positions in the above written search engines within 5 months from the time we agree on the Keywords.

4. We will search for at least 10 Keywords. (These Keywords can be more depending on the competitiveness of the site's business.) We will send the Keywords to you within 7 business days from the day of order. Your suggestions will be taken into account but we will not optimize a site for a single word Keyword since they are too competitive and untargeted. Once you approve the Keywords, the guarantee period will come into effect from that day.

5. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances before 5 months from the time the guarantee period came into effect. You cannot ask for a refund after 6 months from the time the guarantee period came into effect.

6. We will create certain search engine targeted pages you shall upload in your servers promptly. Failing which the guarantee will be void. The time taken for you to upload the pages will also be added to the guarantee period. For example for some reason you upload the pages sent by us after 14 days, then 14 days will be added to the guarantee period.

7. You shall not change, modify or delete the pages sent by us. Though, you can suggest changes in the content. However, if you make any changes to these pages without our notice, we will not be responsible for the consequences and no refunds will be made. If the pages are deleted by mistake we will send it to you at a small fee of $50.

8. We will create a "links page" that we will send you from time to time to be uploaded. You shall do it promptly.

9. Because of frequent changes made by the search engines in the methods by which they rank sites, we do not guarantee the search engine positions we obtained will be permanent.

10. We may ask you content for the optimized pages. You may or may not send the content. However, we will decide the final content. These pages will have the look and feel your website. Your opinion will be considered.

11. We will modify the Title and Meta tags of some pages of your site. These are very important for search engine optimization. You shall promptly do so. The time taken by you to change these pages will add to the guarantee period.

12. We accept sites written in English language only.

13. Refunds: If we fail to achieve at least 4 top 10 positions in the search engines written in clause 2 within 5 months from the day of the order (please refer clause 4,6 & 11) then you can ask for a refund.

14. Any website downtime of 14 days or more voids guarantee, because search engines will remove your listing if they can't find your site.
