3. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances before 2 months from the day of the order. You cannot ask for a refund after 3 months from the date of the order.

4. Because of frequent changes made by the search engines in their database, we do not guarantee that your site will stay there permanent. However, we will provide free consultation for 1 year from the day of the order.

5. We will modify the Title and Meta tags of some pages of your site. These are very important for the search engines and the way they rank. You shall promptly do so. The time taken by you to change these pages will add to the guarantee period.

6. We accept sites written in English language only.

7. Refunds: In case you are not satisfied with our submission services you can ask for a refund (please refer clause 3). This refund will be based on a result-oriented system. We will refund the amount for those search engines for which we fail to list your site.

8. Once you ask for a refund you are not entitled to any free consultations from us. We will consult you for free for 1 whole year from the date of the order for the website for which the order has been made.

9. Any website downtime of 14 days or more voids guarantee, because search engines will remove your listing if they can't find your site.

10. Our submission services do not include any paid submission process. You will pay the fees directly to the search engines concerned. We will advise you in this matter.
